The Advanced Diploma in Business Administration consists of three modules; Advanced Operations Management, where you will study inventory control, resource allocation, and how goods and services are produced; Advanced Managerial Accounting and Analysis, which examines techniques for predicting sales and identifying risks; and finally, Marketing Design and Strategy, where you will learn how to design and execute a marketing plan using the marketing mix and through creating a strong value proposition.
