  • Throughout this Diploma programme, your learning will focus on the following areas:

    • Corporate Finance - analysing corporate finance decisions, the use of cash management models, application of discounted cash flow methods, the concepts of risk and return, and calculating the cost of capital
    • Corporate Reporting - implementing business combination frameworks, publishing accounts, constructing and analysing consolidated financial statements

    You will be formally assessed once during the programme, which will consist of a written report of up to 3,500 words. Completing this assignment to a satisfactory standard is a mandatory requirement.
